Whether you're brand new, returning, or looking to deepen your skills, my lessons focus on easeful sound production, strong breath support, and joyful, expressive playing. I specialize in helping flutists build healthy technique through body awareness and creativity. Every lesson is tailored to meet you where you are with encouragement, clarity, and lots of fun along the way.

From elegant background music to meaningful ceremony solos, I offer live flute performances tailored to your event. Options include solo flute, flute with piano or guitar, small ensembles, or creative collaborations blending music with storytelling or movement. I bring warmth, professionalism, and artistry to every setting.

Body Awareness for Musicians
Playing music isn’t just about technique, it’s about how we use our bodies. My approach helps musicians release tension, improve posture, and play with more ease, freedom, and expressivity. Rooted in my training with Alexander Technique and movement education, this work supports wind players (and most instrumentalists) in finding comfort, efficiency, and a deeper connection to their sound.
